01File Upload Guidelines

1.Supported Formats

Only .xlsx/.xls file formats are supported. Please convert files from other formats prior to uploading.

2.Data Volume Limit

A maximum of 1,000 records per file is recommended. Excessive data volume may impact processing speed; please upload in separate batches if necessary.

3.Overwrite Protocol

Re-uploading a file with the same name will trigger a confirmation prompt: "Overwrite existing data?" Please select your preference accordingly.

4.Upload Failure

In the event of an upload failure, the system will clearly identify the specific issue (e.g., " Please check data 【Cell B13】") and please check the data.

1.Browser Compatibility

We recommend using the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. Using outdated browser versions may result in functional abnormalities.

2.Device Support

This feature is optimized exclusively for desktop, laptop and tablets. Mobile devices currently are not supported.
